TidyTabs Portable is a lightweight tool that brings web-browser-style tabbed browsing to all your standard Windows applications. The portable version requires no installation, leaves your system registry clean, and runs directly from a USB drive.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to set up and run TidyTabs Portable on any Windows computer. Step 1: Download the Portable Archive
Open your web browser and navigate to the official TidyTabs download page. Locate the download options for the software.
Select the link labeled TidyTabs Portable (usually packaged as a .zip file).
Save the file to your computer or directly to a removable flash drive. Step 2: Extract the Program Files
Because this is a portable application, you must manually unpack the files before running them. Right-click the downloaded .zip file. Select Extract All… from the Windows context menu.
Choose a destination folder (e.g., a folder on your USB drive or a dedicated utilities folder on your PC). Click Extract to unpack the files. Step 3: Launch TidyTabs Open the folder where you extracted the files. Locate the main executable file, named TidyTabs.exe. Double-click the file to launch the application.
